Introduction to Mindfulness

A six-part series introducing the concept, science, and practice of mindfulness meditation. This course was created in partnership with my dear friend and fellow teacher, Chris Byrne.

Through video modules, guided audio practices, journaling exercises, and more. You'll establish a firm groundwork to experience and enjoy this life-changing practice for years to come!
