Introduction to Grounding

Sometimes, life feels like a lot. Or as one of our teachers will say - "it feels like we are constantly living a life on simmer". And when that "one more thing" gets tossed at you, the result is that everything boils over.

In this course, you're invited to explore practices to help you discharge anxious energy and reconnect with the present moment.

This course includes:
  • Guided movement exercises and four guided meditations
  • Video modules explaining what grounding is, why it's important, and how to do it with practical real-world examples!

This pre-recorded course was created in partnership with my dear friend and fellow teacher, Chris Byrne.
