What does an imbalance look like/feel like and how can you correct it? The course features physical movement exercises, energetic exercises, visualizations, meditations, journaling prompts, and sound healings to bring you back into alignment.
- What are some REALISTIC ways you can keep your chakras balanced in daily life? Seriously realistic, like less than 30 minutes a day.
Included in this eight-part series:
- Two hours of videos discussing each chakra
- Postures that can bring focus and attention to each chakra
- Articles and studies that look at physiological and biological functions of the chakras
- Five guided meditation practices including 2 sound healings
The course is pre-recorded so you can take it at your own pace. It is jam packed with information and guided practices-- over 2.5 hours worth of content is included and presented in a light hearted, approachable way.
